Do you deal with my insurer directly?+
Yes. We're approved with every major Australian insurer. Bring your claim number — we handle the paperwork, the assessor, and the parts ordering.
How long will my car take?+
Most insurance jobs go out in 7–14 working days. Private repairs depend on parts — we'll give you a firm date in writing before you drop the car off.
Do you do private (non-insurance) quotes?+
Every day. Drop in or message photos and we'll have a written quote within 24 hours. No obligation, no upsell.
Will my car look the same as before?+
Yes — that's the point. We match factory paint codes off your VIN, blend to adjacent panels, and clear-coat the whole assembly. Lifetime warranty on workmanship.
Do I get a loan car?+
Insurance jobs include a courtesy car free for the duration of the repair. Private jobs we'll lend you one for the day if we have one available.
What if the damage isn't worth fixing?+
We'll tell you straight. If your insurer is leaning toward a write-off, or if the repair quote crosses 60% of market value, we'll show you the numbers and let you decide.
